This unusual vintage lamp is an original Sun Kraft Cold Quartz Ultraviolet Light Therapy Unit from the 1930s-40s, made in Chicago. It has been professionally re-wired with a new socket, cord, plug, toggle switch and 'Edison' type bulb to convert it to a stylish adjustable desk lamp. This conversion has eliminated the hazardous mercury bulb as well as the timer mechanism.
The lamp is made of is made of beautiful brushed stainless steel and is in very good condition, with some surface wear and rust spots due to age and use. Please see photos for condition and contact me before buying if you have any questions.
